Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that any reference filed against judges will be dealt as per the Constitution and under legal parameter

LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News / Online - 30th May, 2019) Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that any reference filed against judges will be dealt as per the Constitution and under legal parameter.He said the PTI has no authority to give judgment or verdict in such references as Supreme Judicial Council will decide the fate of such references. We can't even think to weaken any institution, including the Supreme Court, as we are following the policy to strengthen the institutions.

Law will always act against those who break the Constitution and Law. Pakistan is ready to help and settle the conflict between Iran and USA. Sarwar said this while talking to Media after visiting Data Darbar Lahore along with Peer Syed Nazim Hussain Shah.Prior that the governor called on Australian High commissioner Margaret Adamson who paid her farewell visit to the Governor House, both talked about Aus-Pak relations, business opportunities and other issues of common interest.

He said that there should be no doubt that verdict against any reference will be purely on merit and on legal grounds, Supreme Judicial Council is only authority to decide about these references not PTI and govt.Responding to a question about Mohsin Dawar arrest governor Punjab said that current govt doesn't believe in victimization of any person, any person living in Pakistan must abide by its laws and no one will be allowed to break the laws or perform illegal actions.

Law will act against law breakers and all measures will be taken to ensure peace and stability. He further said that PM Imran Khan has international political stature and PM is willing to settle issues between Iran and Saudi Arabia and Iran and USA and for which concrete efforts are being made.The governor also called on Dr Sarah Arif from King Edward Medical University who secured 15 medals, Ch Sarwar awarded Dr Sarah 0.1 million Rs for her outstanding academic performance.
