The Islamabad High Court has updated its judicial roster, with Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro joining Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar on the new bench.
Previously, Justice Azam Khan had been part of the bench alongside the Chief Justice. The case, which was earlier scheduled for October 21, was postponed due to bench unavailability. The latest update has also been reflected on the High Court’s official website.
It Is pertinent to mention that the Supreme Court had earlier reinstated Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri, directing the High Court to proceed with the case after addressing Registrar Office’s objections.
