Hangu (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Khial Zaman has won NA-33 with 28819 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-33 Hangu constituency with 28819 votes. In 2013 general elections, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan candidate Sahibzada Tariq Ullah was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 42582 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Najam ud Din Khan who got 26803 votes.
At least 10 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-33. In 2013 elections, there were 368035 voters registered in NA-33, out of which 118279 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 32.14 %.
