The actress made the comment during a recent interview as part of the promotional campaign for her upcoming romantic comedy film “Love Guru”, in which she stars alongside Humayun Saeed.
In a light-hearted segment of the interview, Mahira was asked about the kind of gifts she appreciates in her personal relationships.
“I love small, thoughtful gifts,” she said. “Bangles are something I truly adore.”
The conversation then turned to co-star Humayun Saeed, who was asked the same question. Responding with a humorous tone, he said, “I don’t want anything from my wife—just her permission and approval,”.
His unexpected answer left both Mahira and the host amused. Humayun further elaborated, “All I really want is for my wife to say, ‘Go, enjoy yourself, do what you want, and then come home,’”.
