The world renowned pakistani singer Nazia hassan made a glorious contribution to the pop music industry. Her fans are celebrating her death anniversary today. Starting her music career at the age of 10 she became one of the most prominent singers in Pakistan and India. She has been termed as the "Queen of Pop" in South Asia. She, along with her brother Zoheb Hassan, went on to sell over 60 million records worldwide. Her English language single Dreamer Deewane made her the first Pakistani singer to make it to the British charts. She also worked as a cultural ambassador for United Nations. She suffered from cancer and couldn't survived long after that. She died at the age of 35 in the year 2000.Even today Nazia's songs continue to mesmerise millions of her fans.
