MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th April, 2019) Russia's biggest automobile manufacturer, AutoVAZ, will suspend exports to Europe over toughened ecological norms in the European Union, a representative of the company told Sputnik on Friday, adding that the company was going to return to the EU market later with a new car model.

"Due to the toughened ecological norms in European countries, we are making changes to our export activities in this region. However, we have plans to create a global model in close cooperation with our alliance partners and return to these markets," the representative said.
