QUETTA (Pakistan Point News / Online - 10th April, 2019) Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has disqualified provincial minister for industries Balochistan Haji Muhammad Khan Toor UtmaN Khail, MPA from Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) in fake degree case.A 3-member bench of ECP headed over by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sardar Muhammad Raza while pronouncing the judgment deseated MPA Muhammad Khan Toor UItmakhail for holding fake degree.
He was elected MPA from PB-4 Loralai at the ticket of Balochistan Awami Party.Haji Muhammad Khan has announced to challenge ECP decision in High Court saying he will resort to Balochistan high court against ECP decision regarding his disqualification today.Talking to media men he said ECP is disqualifying us on what basis. Before polls Balochistan High Court had allowed him to participate in election The disqualification decision by ECP is illegal. Fake degree case is pending hearing in Sessions court.He held we are democratic people and we will defend our right democratically. We will move court against ECP decision because court has earlier administered justice to us and we hope justice will be provided us too in future.
