Their Instagram PDA has always made news though they themselves never admitted to dating. They have even posted pics of their vacations together. However, of late Farhan has been more open about his relationship and even hinted at marriage.But though Farhan is still tight-lipped about his impending wedding to, sources close to the Dil Chahta Haidirector say he'd be happy to marry her "yesterday" if she agreed.
But here's the catch. Apparently the lady has some misgivings. "Shibani is still very young and had not even thought of marriage before she met Farhan. After they fell in love, she would have been happy sailing along on the tides of their relationship, so to speak. But Farhan keeps popping the question almost every day," says a friend of the actor-director.And mind you, Shibani is apparently not fully convinced about their May wedding yet.
"But it's pretty certain Farhan will convince her by the time the wedding date is announced," says the friend.Sources close to the Akhtar family say Farhan has taken his two daughters into confidence about his impending marriage. And it seems the children are happy as long daddy is happy!Farhan had separated from his wife Adhuna Akthar two years ago. Ever since, he has been linked with a few actresses including Shraddha Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari. But it's his relationship with Shibani Dandekar that has made the maximum news.
