Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 13th January, 2018) Pakistani film Load Wedding has been nominated at the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF).
The film will compete for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the upcoming film festival.
The event is scheduled to be held from January 19 till January 23.
It was earlier nominated for Best Feature at the recent Jaipur Film Festival.
Load Wedding is directed by Nabeel Qureshi and produced by Fizza Ali Meerza. The film stars Fahad Mustafa, Mehwish Hayat and Samina Peerzada in lead roles.
Load Wedding revolve around Punjabi man played by Fahad Mustafa (Raja) living in a small town and in love with Mehwish Hayat aka Meeru since childhood. Here comes the challenge for their love story – they can’t marry before Raja’s elder sister Baby is married.
While baby struggles with weight loss and body shaming, Meeru pressures Raja for marriage and finally rejecting him for a delay.
The movie having the right bit of drama, acting and music was released on Eid-ul-Azha, 2018 and was a huge hit.
