Sheikhupura (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Khurram Ijaz has won PP-136 with 52539 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-136 Sheikhupura-II constituency with 52539 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Shujah Ahmad Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 47475 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Muhammad Wakeel khan Manj who got 31423 votes. At least 9 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-136. In 2013 elections, there were 159173 voters registered in PP-136, out of which 95842 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 60.2 %.
