MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 09th September, 2021) The death toll in a gas explosion in a residential building in the city of Noginsk, Moscow Region, has risen to four, the main regional department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry said in a statement.
"Overall, there are 19 victims, of whom four died," the ministry said.
