KARACHI- (Pakistan Point News- 11th March 2019) Peshawar Zalmi have set the target of 204-run for Karachi Kings during the 30th match of Pakistan Super League season four (PSL-4) at Karachi’s National Stadium.
Karachi Kings has won the toss and opted to ball first. The match started at 7.00pm.
Kamran Akmal and Imamul Haq opened the innings 145 runs partnership. Muhammad Amir dismissed Imam at a score of 59 while Umer Khan caught Akmal at 86 on Munro ball. Akmal made this score on 48 balls with the help of 10 boundaries and five sixes.
No other player of Zalmi made a considerable addition to the scoreboard. KP Pollar scored 12, LA Dawson 9, DGJ Sammy 5 and Wahab Riaz 10. Shoaib Maqsood and Hassan Ali went not out on 12 and one score respectively. Muhammad Amir took three wickets, Usman Shinwari dismissed one and C Munro bowled two players.
The match between PZ and KK is the last league match of PSL-4. All six teams will complete their quota of ten matches after the match.
Karachi Kings played their second match (two in two days) in the home crowd as earlier it won the match against Quetta Gladiators. Both the teams have already fixed their spots for playoffs.
