MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th January, 2019) A moderate 5.5-magnitude earthquake has hit southern Philippines, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.
The EMSC registered the tremor at 03:11 GMT 100 kilometers (62 miles) north of the city of Zamboanga.
The EMSC said the epicenter was at the depth 40 kilometers.
