The Green Caps earned 12 valuable points from the win, maintaining a 100% success rate so far.
Australia currently tops the table with 36 points, having won all three of their Test matches in the ongoing championship, also holding a perfect 100% win percentage.
Sri Lanka sits in third place with 16 points and a 66.67% win rate, following one victory and one draw from their two matches.
India has played the most matches in the new cycle — seven in total — winning four, losing two, and drawing one. Despite earning the highest points (52), India’s win percentage of 61.90 places them fourth on the table.
England, with two wins, two losses, and one draw from five matches, have 26 points and a 43.33% win percentage. Two points were deducted from their total due to a slow over rate.
Bangladesh ranks sixth with a 16.67% win rate, while South Africa sits seventh after losing their opening fixture.
West Indies, placed eighth, have lost all five of their Test matches so far, whereas New Zealand is yet to begin its World Test Championship campaign.
