Australian all-rounder Cameron Green has been sidelined from the upcoming ODI series against India due to a side strain, with Marnus Labuschagne named as his replacement.

According to Cricket Australia, Green is suffering from a low-grade side strain, and while the injury is not serious, the management has decided to rest him as a precautionary measure.
In Green’s absence, Marnus Labuschagne has been added to the ODI squad. Cricket Australia stated that Green will undergo a short rehabilitation program before returning to play a Sheffield Shield match to prepare for the upcoming Ashes series.
It is worth noting that Labuschagne has been in fine form in domestic cricket, scoring consistently after being dropped from the ODI squad earlier this year.
The Australia-India ODI series will take place on October 19, 23, and 25, scheduled to be played in Perth, Adelaide, and Sydney, respectively.
