Vehari (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Ejaz Hussain has won PP-232 with 27284 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-232 Vehari-IV constituency with 27284 votes. In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Chaudhary Muhammad Yousaf Kaselya was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 50260 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Peer Ghulam Mohy Ud Din Chishti who got 43665 votes. At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-232. In 2013 elections, there were 169010 voters registered in PP-232, out of which 112193 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 66.382 %.
