Gujrat, (Pakistan Point News - 7th Jun, 2018) : Three persons were burnt to death when fire broke out at a house situated in Iqbal Colony in Jalalpur Jattan near Gujrat on Thursday. According to details, Amjad Iqbal along with his family was asleep when the fire erupted at his house, according to preliminary investigation due to short circuit, injuring Amjad, his wife, son Wajih Haider, and servant Maryam. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to Burn Unit at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital where Amjad his son Wajih Haider and servant Maryam. succumbed to their burnt injuries during treatment. Amjad's wife was later shifted to the Combined Military Hospital in critical condition.
