ISPR says drones were launched as part of Afghan Taliban regime's patronization and support of terrorist outfits operating from inside their controlled territories
RAWALPINDI: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-July 1st, 2026) Pakistan Armed Forces has successfully intercepted and destroyed four rudimentary drones launched by Afghan Taliban regime across the border in Balochistan.
ISPR said that the drones were launched as part of Afghan Taliban regime's patronization and support of terrorist outfits operating from inside their controlled territories.
Demonstrating high operational readiness, security forces successfully neutralized all four incoming drones using sophisticated countermeasures.
The ISPR said the Afghan Taliban should realize that their irresponsible behavior is only adding to the hardships of the Afghan people.
It warned that if the Afghan Taliban continue to provoke Pakistan, they would receive a befitting response which would cost them heavily.
