The reports confirm exam paper circulated on WhatsApp groups before start of paper
ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-March 9th, 2026) The Class 8 General Science exam in schools across the federal capital was cancelled after the paper was leaked.
The reports confirmed that the exam paper circulated on WhatsApp groups before the start of the exam. Following the leak, the Federal Directorate of education (FDE) announced the cancellation of today’s General Science paper. Sources added that the Islamic Studies paper had also been leaked previously.
The Director General of FDE has yet to issue a formal comment regarding the incidents. The General Science exam has now been rescheduled for March 12.
