Karachi Board declares Class 10 Science results, over 141,000 students pass

The board says 176,152 students were registered for the examinations while 175,200 candidates appeared in annual exams

KARACHI: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-July 10th, 2026) The Board of Secondary education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the results of the Secondary school Certificate (SSC) Part-II (Class 10) Science Group annual examinations, with more than 141,000 students successfully clearing the exams.

The board said that 176,152 students were registered for the examinations, while 175,200 candidates appeared in the annual exams.

The results show that 141,688 students passed the examinations, while 29,655 candidates were declared unsuccessful, taking the overall pass percentage to 80.87 percent.

The board's performance statistics revealed that 35,529 students secured the highest A-1 grade, while 51,022 candidates obtained A grades. Meanwhile, 34,910 students earned B grades, and 17,153 candidates were awarded C grades.

BSEK officials said the results reflect the academic performance of students who appeared in the Science Group examinations this year.

The board has advised students to obtain their detailed result cards and follow the prescribed schedule for the collection of mark sheets and other examination-related documents. Further information regarding rechecking, scrutiny of papers and supplementary examinations will be announced separately in accordance with the board's examination policy.
