Abu Dhabi: (Pakistan Point News - 24 June, 2025) A vibrant celebration of Pakistani mangoes and culture is set to take place in the capital city, as Dr. Muhammad Farhan, a well-known Pakistani doctor working at Khalifa Hospital and Executive Member of the Overseas Pakistani Foundation, is organizing a non-commercial Mango Festival on Sunday, June 29, from 4 PM to 8 PM at Le Royal Meridien Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
Supported by the Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, the event aims to promote Pakistani mangoes, culture, and national pride. Over 10 varieties of premium Pakistani mangoes will be showcased, alongside an array of mango-based dishes. Entry to the event is free for everyone, and around 700 cartons of Pakistani mangoes will be distributed among participants.
Dr. Farhan successfully organized a similar event in 2023, which was well-received by the community. In a dinner hosted last night at Al Nawab Restaurant, Sharjah, Dr. Farhan invited UAE-based Pakistani journalists to brief them about the upcoming festival and his ongoing efforts to represent Pakistan with pride in the UAE.
He urged the media to support and promote the Mango Festival, highlighting that it is being individually organized without any sponsorship, purely for the love of Pakistan and to showcase Pakistani hospitality to the world.
