Schools will again reopen from August 15 following the vacation.
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 13th May, 2019) The summer vacation in government schools in Punjab will begin from May 24.
According to media reports, the decision has been taken in view of the increasing intensity of heat and Ramzan.
The summer vacation in government schools will now begin from May 24.
Schools will again reopen from August 15 following the vacation.
The Punjab education Department had earlier announced summer vacation from June 1.
The Punjab Education Department had also issued a notification in this regard.
According to the notification, educational institutions will remain closed in Punjab from June 1 till August 14. All educational activities will remain suspended during this period.
Meanwhile, the Sindh government had announced summer vacation for all the public and private colleges under the administrative control of College Education Department Sindh from May 1 to June 30.
All the colleges would be opened on July 1 after the summer vacation.
On the other hand, the Federal Directorate of Education has also announced summer vacation from June 3.
Media reports said that the summer vacation will be observed in the federal educational institutions from June 3 till August 11.
