MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th May, 2019) Caracas is hoping to set up alternative ways of cooperation with Russia and China to bypass US restrictions, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said Monday.
"We are looking for alternative ways of cooperation with Russia, China, other friendly countries so as to bypass the North American blockade," Arreaza said.
The minister added that these "routes" of cooperation would not appear overnight.
"We need to work on it, to build them. We hope that with support of Russia and China we will build new alternative methods of money exchange that are today, we must admit, controlled by the US," Arreaza said.
