MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th May, 2019) Venezuela receives Russian support for dealing with the consequences of the mass blackout that shook the Latin American country in spring, including for restoring the military infrastructure, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said on Sunday.
"We can also recall the sabotage of our energy system. It is thanks to Russia that we have managed to cope with this problem. We receive materials for restoring our [energy] system and our military infrastructure," Arreaza said at a press conference following talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
