Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 29th April, 2019) A neighbour killed a newlywed bride in Nankana Sahib and later himself committed suicide.
Media reports said that the incident took place in Shahpura area of Nankana Sahib.
According to details, the 18-year-old girl had got married two days ago. The girl, named Iqra, had gone to her parents’ house to meet them.
After meeting her parents, Iqra went to her neighbourhood where a man, identified as Karamat Ali, first opened fire at Iqra and then shot himself as well.
Police said that Iqra and Karamat Ali had engaged in a quarrel.
Initial investigations tell that Karamat shot Iqra during their fight.
Meanwhile, a woman has gunned down her husband murderer, a proclaimed offender in Sargodha.
According to media reports, a woman killed a man who was involved in murder of Khalid Mehmood, her husband in Bhalwal Bazaar Sargodha. Police took the woman in their custody.
According to city inspector Qaisar Gujjar, one Ibrar had killed a man in 2018 while police had arrested Riffat Bibi wife of the slain man due to her alleged complicity in the murder. Later she was released on bail. She was going to home from Court when she met with Ibrar and she opened fire on him in Bazaar, Inspector Qaisar added.
Police have arrested the accused and started investigation.
