MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 15th April, 2019) Russia-NATO civil and military cooperation has been completely stopped, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told Sputnik.
"Civil and military cooperation has been completely stopped. NATO has itself abandoned a positive agenda in relations with Russia. It does not exist. And so far there are no signs that NATO knows how to get out of this deadlock," Grushko said.
