Mumbai (Pakistan Point News / Online - 17th March, 2019) It's official! Shraddha Kapoor will not be playing Saina Nehwal in the upcoming biopic. It will infact by playing by none other than Parineeti Chopra.Saina Nehwal was born on March 17th, 1990 and has won over 24 international titles for her badminton skills for India. She represented India three times in the Olympics and won a bronze medal in her second appearance.Shraddha was preparing for the role for many months but reports suggested that she opted out of the film due to �scheduling conflicts'.
Shraddha is currently shooting for Street Dancer with Varun Dhawan in London. Parineeti is set to appear in the Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari this month.Taran Adarsh tweeted, "IT'S OFFICIAL... Parineeti Chopra to play renowned badminton player #SainaNehwal... She will start training for the biopic soon... Directed by Amole Gupte... Produced by Bhushan Kumar... Filming will be completed by 2019-end... Early 2020 release."
