Karachi (Pakistan Point News – 12th March, 2019) At least four police officers were suspended in Karachi for misbehaving with a married couple at Seaview beach.
Violating the orders of Additional Inspector General, the police officers continue to harass citizens in Karachi.
The policemen were caught on camera harassing a married couple at Seaview beach. They tried to take bribe from the couple. Upon refusing, the police officials lost their cool and started misbehaving with the woman.
After the video of the incident went viral on social media, all four policemen involved in the act were suspended.
The police officers could be seen misbehaving with the couple in the video. The citizens told the policemen that the couple is married but they continued to beat them.
The policemen are said to have left their duty to get money from Seaview and they harassed the couple in the same bid.
The four policemen, including an ASI, were suspended. Three of the cops have been put in a lockup while one managed to flee.

SP Clifton Suhai Aziz said that a strict action will be taken against the policemen. He said that such hooligans bring a bad name to police department.
She said that officer Ahmad Khan had his duty at Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine while ASI Zulfiqar was deployed on security.
The victims are also demanding a departmental action against the policemen.
