PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 02nd December, 2018) KAMCHATSKY, December 2 (Sputnik) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed on Sunday satisfaction with the adoption of the G20 summit final declaration in Buenos Aires.
The G20 summit in Argentina ended on Saturday with the leaders of the member states having adopted the final document that focused on key priorities for these countries' policies.
"It is very well that [the G20 states] adopted the final declaration. That is better than nothing. But once again I would like to say that all the acute issues have been mitigated in the document," Lavrov told the Rossiya-1 broadcaster.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the G20 discussions focused on digital transformation, outbreak of protectionism up to start of trade wars, sovereign debt issues and creation of the free trade system.
