Badin (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Grand Democratic Alliance candidate Fehmida Mirza has won NA-230 with 96875 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Grand Democratic Alliance candidate won in NA-230 Badin-ll constituency with 96875 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Pir Noor Muhammad Shah jeelani was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 61903 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi who got 59852 votes. At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-230. In 2013 elections, there were 203512 voters registered in NA-230, out of which 138283 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 67.94 %.
