According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-117 Nankana Sahib-l constituency with 71891 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate AHSAN IQBAL was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 95481 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate ABRAR UL HAQ who got 51359 votes. At least 8 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-117. In 2013 elections, there were 272892 voters registered in NA-117, out of which 157566 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 57.73 %.
