Mianwali (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate AMJID ALI KHAN has won NA-96 with 157422 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-96 Mianwali-ll constituency with 157422 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate ENGR KHURRAM DASTGIR KHAN was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 105182 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate S A HAMEED who got 30097 votes. At least 21 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-96. In 2013 elections, there were 303568 voters registered in NA-96, out of which 154760 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 52 %.
