Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shafqat Mahmood has won NA-130 with 127405 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-130 Lahore-VIII constituency with 127405 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate SOHAIL SHOUKAT BUTT was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 88842 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate SAMINA KHALID GHURKI who got 32569 votes. At least 24 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-130. In 2013 elections, there were 290930 voters registered in NA-130, out of which 158657 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 54.76 %.
