Imran Khan has won the seat from NA 53 Islamabad 2. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi from PMLN is on second number.
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2018) Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Imran khan has won the seat from NA 53 Islamabad 2. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was the stronger opposite from PMLN against Imran Khan. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is also Ex Prime Minister of Pakistan in 2018.
According to sources Imran khan has got 52160 votes and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi got 23220 votes and stands on the second number.
In 2013 there were total 382115 registered in NA 53, 236524 votes were polled out. Ghulam Sarwar Khan won the seat in 2013 from PTI. Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan from PMLN was on second number. Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan served as Ex Interior Minister of Pakistan in 2013 and now contesting as Independent candidate.
