PSB issues NOC for national team to play in Australia from Feb 4–15, subject to interior ministry clearance.
ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Jan,30, 2026) The Pakistan sports board (PSB) has officially issued the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the national hockey team to participate in the second phase of the FIH Pro Hockey League.
The team will compete in Hobart, Australia, from February 4 to 15, subject to clearance from the Ministry of Interior. Officials accompanying the squad include head coach Tahir Zaman, assistant coaches Muhammad Usman and Zeeshan Ashraf, video analyst Muhammad Nadeem Khan Lodhi, and physio Muhammad Aslam.
The squad features goalkeepers Munib-ur-Rahman and Ali Raza, along with players Ahmed Shakeel Butt, Muhammad Sufyan Khan, Ghazanfar Ali, Ahmed Nadeem, Moeen Shakeel, Muhammad Abdullah, Muhammad Hammad-ud-Din Anjum, Rana Abdul Waheed Ashraf, Afraz, Abu Bakr Mahmood, Abdur Rehman, Abdur Hanan Shahid, Zakaria Hyat, Arshad Liaqat, Rana Muhammad Waleed Ashraf, Arbaaz Ahmed, Muhammad Amjad, and Umair Sattar.
