Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police say motorcycle was stolen from Rawalpindi, and a theft FIR had already been registered at relevant police station
PESHAWAR: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-Nov 27th, 2025) The investigations into the November 24 suicide attack on the FC Headquarters in Peshawar have revealed that the motorcycle used by the attackers was stolen, police confirmed on Wednesday.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police said that the motorcycle was stolen from Rawalpindi, and a theft FIR had already been registered at the relevant police station. The authorities said several suspects linked to the attack have been taken into custody, and interrogations are underway as part of a broader investigation by the Counter-Terrorism Department.
The attack on the FC Headquarters left three personnel martyred and ten others injured, while three terrorists were killed during the assault.
The police officials said the ongoing investigation aimed at uncovering the planning and logistical support behind the attack as well as identify any remaining accomplices to prevent future incidents.
