Sajidullah, alias “Sheena,” identified as the handler of the suicide bomber, confessed that TTP/Fitnah-ul-Khawarij commander Saeed-ur-Rehman, alias “Dadaullah” — a resident of Charmang, Bajaur, currently based in Afghanistan and acting as TTP’s intelligence chief for Bajaur’s Nawagai region — had instructed him via the Telegram app to carry out a suicide attack in Islamabad to cause maximum casualties among law enforcement personnel
ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-Nov 14th, 2025) Security agencies have arrested four members of a Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP)/Fitnah-ul-Khawarij terrorist cell involved in the suicide attack at the Judicial Complex in G-11, Islamabad.
The arrests were made during a joint operation by the Intelligence Bureau Division and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD).
During interrogation, Sajidullah, alias “Sheena,” identified as the handler of the suicide bomber, confessed that TTP/Fitnah-ul-Khawarij commander Saeed-ur-Rehman, alias “Dadaullah” — a resident of Charmang, Bajaur, currently based in Afghanistan and acting as TTP’s intelligence chief for Bajaur’s Nawagai region — had instructed him via the Telegram app to carry out a suicide attack in Islamabad to cause maximum casualties among law enforcement personnel.
According to investigators, Dadaullah sent Sajidullah photographs of the suicide bomber, Usman, alias “Qari,” a resident of Achin, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, belonging to the Shinwari tribe. Upon entering Pakistan, Sajidullah accommodated Usman in the outskirts of Islamabad.
Following Dadaullah’s instructions from Afghanistan, Sajidullah procured a suicide vest from Akhun Baba Cemetery in Peshawar and transported it to Islamabad. On the day of the attack, he fitted Usman with the explosive jacket.
The investigations revealed that the TTP/Fitnah-ul-Khawarij leadership in Afghanistan guided the network at every step.
The entire terrorist cell involved in the attack has been apprehended, including the operational commander and three associates. The authorities confirmed that further investigations are ongoing, with additional arrests and revelations expected.
