Security forces carried out a major intelligence-based operation in Bajaur’s Gudar village, killing 22 Khawarij militants and injuring several others, according to security sources

Bajaur (Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2025) Security forces carried out a major intelligence-based operation in Bajaur’s Gudar village, killing 22 Khawarij militants and injuring several others, according to security sources.

The action was conducted on highly sensitive and credible intelligence, which confirmed the presence of a large group of militants inside the village. Sources said that last night, security forces received verified information that a significant number of Khawarij elements had taken refuge in the area.

Immediately after receiving the tip-off, forces launched an effective and targeted operation. During the strike, 22 terrorists were eliminated. Tribal elders had cooperated with authorities in advance, and the village had already been vacated by local residents. The militants were hiding in an empty settlement.

Security officials confirmed that all houses around the target point were empty at the time of the operation, ensuring that no civilians were harmed. Officials stated that the people of Pakistan and the country’s security institutions remain united for the complete eradication of terrorism, and operations will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.

In another operation, a joint action conducted by the Intelligence Bureau Division and the Counter Terrorism Department resulted in the arrest of four members of the TTP/Fitna al-Khawarij terrorist cell involved in the suicide attack at the Judicial Complex G-11, Islamabad.

During interrogation, Sajidullah alias Sheena, the handler of the suicide bomber, confessed that TTP/FAK Commander Saeed-ur-Rehman alias Daadullah (a resident of Charmang, Bajaur, currently based in Afghanistan and serving as TTP’s Intelligence Chief for Nawagai, Bajaur) contacted him through the Telegram application. Daadullah directed him to carry out a suicide attack in Islamabad to inflict maximum casualties on law enforcement agencies.

Daadullah sent photographs of the suicide bomber, Usman alias Qari, to Sajidullah for the purpose of receiving him. The suicide bomber belonged to the Shinwari tribe and was a resident of Achin, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. When he crossed into Pakistan from Afghanistan, Sajidullah arranged his stay in a residence near Islamabad.

On the instructions of the Afghanistan-based TTP/FAK Commander Daadullah, Sajidullah retrieved a suicide jacket from Akhun Baba graveyard in Peshawar and brought it to Islamabad. On the day of the blast at Judicial Complex G-11, Sajidullah personally fitted the suicide jacket on Usman alias Qari.

Officials stated that the network was being handled and guided at every step by the Afghanistan-based TTP/FAK high command. The entire cell involved in the incident, including its operational commander and three other members, has been arrested. Investigations are ongoing, and more revelations and arrests are expected as the probe continues.

Pakistan's security and intelligence agencies emphasize that these operations reflect the state’s firm commitment to dismantling terrorist networks and preventing cross-border militant facilitation from Afghan soil.
