Gold hits Rs440,900 per tola after a sharp Rs5,800 increase, says Jewellers Association.
KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Oct,15, 2025) The price of gold in Pakistan saw another sharp rise on Tuesday, increasing by Rs5,800 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association.
With the latest increase, the price of 24-karat gold has reached Rs440,900 per tola, while the rate for 10 grams of gold climbed by Rs4,972 to Rs378,000.
In the international market, gold prices also surged by $58, reaching $4,198 per ounce.
Jewellers attributed the rise to global market trends and the continued depreciation of the local Currency.
