Sindh Chief Secretary orders action; FIR registered and driver arrested for breaking traffic rules.
KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Oct,15, 2025) A senior officer’s vehicle was seized, and an FIR was registered after a traffic violation on Kamal Atatürk Road, Karachi.
According to the spokesperson for the Sindh Chief Secretary, Chief Secretary Asif Hyder Shah took immediate notice of the violation and directed prompt action. The officer’s vehicle was impounded, and the driver was arrested at Aram Bagh Police Station.
The spokesperson stated that the law is equal for everyone and no leniency will be shown in traffic rule violations. He added that effective measures are being implemented across Sindh to ensure the strict enforcement of traffic laws.
