Security forces complete overnight operation, rescue 200 personnel in area
DI KHAN: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Oct,11, 2025) Five terrorists were killed and seven policemen embraced martyrdom after militants launched a suicide attack on the Police Training school in Dera Ismail Khan.
According to police officials, the operation—jointly conducted by security forces—was completed late at night. Thirteen injured officers were shifted to the DHQ Trauma Centre.
Authorities confirmed that over 200 recruits were safely rescued during the operation.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the attack, paying tribute to the martyred policemen and commending their courage in thwarting the terrorists’ plans.
