MIRPUR: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-July 24th, 2025) Pakistan on Thursday ended their T20 series against Bangladesh on a high note with a commanding 74-run victory in the third and final match, successfully avoiding a clean sweep by the hosts.

Playing at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Bangladesh won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first. The visitors responded strongly, putting up a competitive total of 179 runs for 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

Sahibzada Farhan was the star with the bat, scoring a solid 63 runs, while Hasan Nawaz contributed 33 runs and Mohammad Nawaz added 27. Other contributors included Saim Ayub with 21, captain Agha Salman with an unbeaten 12, and Abbas Afridi, who remained not out on 1.
