Local authorities say brutal act of terrorism has taken place in Sardhaka area of Balochistan
LAHORE: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-July 11th, 2025) In a brutal act of terrorism in Balochistan’s Sardhaka area, terrorists of “Fitna-e-Hindustan” stopped buses heading towards Punjab, identified passengers and executed nine innocent Pakistanis after verifying their identities.
Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind confirmed the tragic incident, and called it a blatant display of barbarism by Fitna-e-Hindustan.
He stated that the attack occurred on the national highway between Loralai and Musakhel at the Sardhaka point. The terrorists checked passengers’ identity cards, singled out specific individuals, and shot them dead.
Among those martyred were two real brothers, Usman and Jabir. Their brother, Sabir, shared on social media that their father had passed away the previous day, and the brothers were returning to Punjab with their families to attend his funeral at 9 a.m.
According to Shahid Rind, this incident reflects the enemy's malicious intentions aimed at destabilizing Pakistan’s peace, stability, and unity.
He added that after reaching Loralai, the drivers informed the authorities about the ambush. Security forces responded immediately, arrived at the scene, and began pursuing the terrorists.
The Balochistan spokesperson revealed that besides Srah Dakeen, the terrorists also launched attacks in Kalat and Mastung, where security forces responded promptly and effectively at all three sites.
The spokesperson noted that the terrorists fled under the cover of darkness, but security forces are actively pursuing them, and a full-scale search operation is underway to arrest or eliminate the perpetrators.
Shahid Rind added that this cowardly attack would not break the resolve of the people of Balochistan, who have become a solid wall against the enemy’s nefarious designs.
He emphasized that this terrorist attack is considered an assault on Pakistan’s peace, security, and unity, and those responsible will be brought to a dreadful end.
According to Zhob Assistant Commissioner Naveed Alam, arrangements are being made to transport the victims’ bodies to Punjab.
Commissioner D.G. Khan, Ashfaq Ahmad Chaudhry, said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, five ambulances have been dispatched to Balochistan to bring back the bodies of the nine martyrs of the Loralai terrorist attack.
