MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd January, 2020) RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan shut down rumors about her suffering a heart attack on Wednesday.
"With regard to reports of me having a heart attack spread by media, who are still pulling themselves together after New Year holidays, I declare that I do not and cannot possibly have a heart attack for the simple reason that I have no heart," she said on social media.
The response came after several Russian online media reported earlier in the day that the 39-year-old had been urgently hospitalized during an editorial meeting and was receiving intensive care in a Moscow clinic.
