MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd January, 2020) US President Donald Trump has praised his delegation's performance at the ongoing World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, saying that plenty of companies would now be returning to the US market.
"Making great progress in @Davos. Tremendous numbers of companies will be coming, or returning, to the USA. Hottest Economy! JOBS, JOBS, JOBS!" Trump tweeted on Wednesday.
The US president, who skipped last year's WEF amid a government shutdown, is now on a visit to the Swiss resort village. On Tuesday, Trump addressed the forum with a speech, focusing on his administration's economic achievements.
The 50th Annual Meeting of the WEF is running in Davos from Tuesday to Friday.
