MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th May, 2019) The Islamic State (terror group, banned in Russia) has lost its ability to reorganize and start a new war in Syria, but separate secret cells still remain an issue of concern, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told Sputnik."We are confident that the ability of the IS to reorganize to start a new war in this country has practically disappeared. However, clandestine cells of the IS are scattered throughout Syria and the region," the minister said.
