MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th May, 2019) The Russian Investigative Committee said Monday that it was considering poor professional skills of pilots, flight control operators and maintenance staff as one of possible causes of a deadly fire on board of Aeroflot's SSJ100.
At least 41 were killed and nine hospitalized as the plane, going from Moscow to Murmansk, caught on fire and made an emergency landing at Sheremetyevo airport.
"The investigation considers various versions of the incident causes, among which are insufficient qualification of pilots, dispatchers and technical inspectors of the plane, as well as aircraft malfunction and adverse weather conditions," the committee said.
