KIEV (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th April, 2019) A Ukrainian court on Saturday will examine a lawsuit requesting that the registration of Volodymyr Zelenskiy as a candidate in Ukraine's presidential election be annulled, lawyer Andrii Khilko, an election observer on behalf of the Ukrainian Shareholders Association, said on Saturday."Candidate Zelenskiy V.A. - the annulment of the registration for the presidential post [election]? The court launched the proceedings on the lawsuit filed by me as an official [election] observer," Khilko wrote on his Facebook.
The lawyer added that the court hearing would be held at 9:00 p.m. local time (18:00 GMT).
