Russian Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin met with Venezuelan state oil and gas corporation PDVSA Vice President and co-chairman of the energy subcommittee of the Russian-Venezuelan intergovernmental commission, Marcos Rojas Marchena, to discuss current and future areas of cooperation, the Russian Energy Ministry said in a statement Thursday
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th April, 2019) Russian Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin met with Venezuelan state oil and gas corporation PDVSA Vice President and co-chairman of the energy subcommittee of the Russian-Venezuelan intergovernmental commission, Marcos Rojas Marchena, to discuss current and future areas of cooperation, the Russian Energy Ministry said in a statement Thursday."The parties noted their interest in the implementation of agreements fixed in the minutes of the meeting of the energy subcommittee of the Russian-Venezuelan High-Level Commission's 14th meeting," the statement said.
"Special attention at the meeting was paid to further areas of joint work. Pavel Sorokin and Marcos Rojas Marchena noted the importance of the agreements reached within the framework of cooperation between the states in the oil and gas sector," it said.
