US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un are expected to hold a summit in the Vietnamese capital on Wednesday and Thursday.
"It seems that, in practical terms, the most important result of the upcoming talks should be the reaffirmed readiness to continue on the path of providing North Korea with security guarantees and easing economic pressure on Pyongyang in exchange for North Korea abandoning nuclear weapons," Patrushev told Argumenty i Fakty newspaper.
